(1) Registration and Login

When logging in, enter your registered email and password in the appropriate fields, and check 'Remember Me' to avoid frequent inputs; if you forget your password, click 'Forgot Password' and follow the process to reset it via email.
(2) Browse Products / Content
The homepage of this website is carefully laid out by popularity and category, allowing you to quickly locate your desired products through category filtering in the navigation bar; hover the mouse over product images to display a detail preview; enter the detail page to see high-definition images, comprehensive parameters, and user evaluations, all presented in full to help you understand thoroughly. Similarly for browsing articles and information, topics and tags help you focus on areas of interest, with the sidebar's hot recommendations uncovering more valuable content.
(3) Add to Cart and Place Order
Encounter ideal products, click 'Add to cart', select specifications and quantity, and check the selected product list at any time in the cart icon; after confirming it is correct, click 'Proceed to checkout', fill in the accurate shipping address and contact information, choose a delivery method, verify the order amount, click 'Submit order', and follow the prompts to select a payment method to complete the payment; after placing the order, the order tracking page presents the logistics progress in real-time.
II. Payment Questions and Answers
(I) Payment Methods Introduction
Currently supports various mainstream payment methods, such as WeChat Pay, Alipay for convenient payments, and linked accounts for easy checkout; UnionPay card payments are compatible with major banks' debit and credit cards, securely paying by entering card number, expiration date, and other information; some products also offer installment payments, with partner financial institutions helping you enjoy early benefits and alleviate financial pressure, please refer to the product payment page indicators for details.
(II) Handling Payment Failures
If you encounter errors such as 'transaction failed' or 'system busy' during payment, first check your network connection, switch to a stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G; confirm that your account balance and limits are sufficient, and that the bank card is not reported lost or frozen; if the payment times out, you can return to the order page to repay. If there are still issues, please contact customer service, provide the order number and payment screenshot, and we will quickly check the reason and assist in resolving it.
(3) Refund process explanation
If the refund conditions are met (such as product quality issues, wrong or missing items, etc.), log into your account, apply for a refund in 'My Orders', select the refund reason, and upload the proof; once the merchant approves, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, with WeChat and Alipay being credited in real time, and bank cards refunded within 1 to 7 working days. Please pay attention to check and verify the amount.
3. Delivery and after-sales assistance
(1) Delivery range and timeliness
We partner with many quality logistics partners, covering most areas nationwide; selected products from Japan are shipped from Japan, generally arriving within 10 to 30 days. In special circumstances (bad weather, pandemic control), logistics information will be updated in real time to indicate reasons for delays.
(2) Package inquiry
After the order is shipped, the order detail page includes the logistics tracking number. Copy the number to the corresponding logistics company's official website or public account to check the real-time location. If the package has issues (such as being delayed or damaged), contact customer service in a timely manner for assistance.
(3) Interpretation of After-sales Policy
Within 7 days of receiving the product, you can apply for a no-reason return or exchange for non-human quality issues; quality issues can be exchanged within 15 days and repaired within 30 days; when applying for after-sales, describe the problem in detail and attach photo and video evidence. We will arrange for professional personnel to respond, and depending on the situation, repair, exchange, or refund will be provided to fully protect your rights.
(4) Online Customer Service Assistance
Click the floating customer service icon at the bottom right corner of the page to start a conversation anytime; during working hours, customer service staff will provide real-time answers. Outside working hours, leave a message, and the customer service will handle it as soon as they are back on duty; describe the problem in detail, attach order screenshots and error messages to help customer service efficiently locate and resolve the issue.
